Hardware is the one part of the door you touch every day, so we treat it as design, not an afterthought. Three families cover most homes, each available in every finish, and every set includes a deadbolt. Multipoint and smart lock options are quoted per project.
Thumb Latch
A forged grip with a thumb lever above and a matching plate below, the most traditional operation and the one that reads correctly on scrollwork doors.
Spanish colonial, Tuscan and estate doors where the hardware should look hand-made.

Roller Latch
A clean pull handle paired with a spring roller that holds the door shut without a visible latch, quiet and minimal.
Modern doors where the eye should stay on the glass and frame, not the hardware.

A sprung lever handle set on a slim rose or plate, the most familiar everyday action and the easiest to operate.

All doors are prepped to American standard boring, so common deadbolts and smart locks fit. A multipoint lock throws several bolts with one turn, and our lever latch family is smart lock ready.

Handles, finishes and glass
Are handle prices per door or per pair?
Handle price pairs list a single-door price and a double-door price, and every set includes a deadbolt. Multipoint and smart lock options are quoted separately.
Can I match my finish to a color?
Yes. The Custom Match finish takes a RAL number or a physical sample and is color matched in the shop, then sealed with the same baked epoxy as our standard finishes.
Is the glass insulated?
All glass is a tempered double pane with an argon gap, three quarters of an inch total, and is operable so the cavity can be cleaned. Low-E, impact and triple pane are upgrades.
How private is textured glass?
Each glass texture carries a privacy rating from one to five. Satin Etch and Frosted rate five for full privacy, while Clear Low-E rates one for an open view.
Can finishes handle a coastal install?
Sienna Rust and our sealed finishes hold up near the coast, though sites within two miles of salt water fall outside the finish warranty. We recommend a maintenance schedule for coastal doors.
